Innovations that may be developed/used::

The project uses innovative ecological pilot treatment technologies which have shown high performance in the respective experimental tests. They consist of anaerobic MBR, phytoremediation through Lemna minor, and ultraviolet combined radiation.

Possibilities of use by other potential beneficiaries:

The project targets urban areas with sewage treatment facilities (STF) and health facilities (hospitals) or other points of interest such as nursing homes. More than 5,000 potential application points of similar technologies, with hundreds of millions of Euros, are found in Europe, increasing f10 times worldwide.
